As of 30th August 2025, GlowThorn has partnered with Shiprocket to ensure ultra-fast and reliable shipping. Expect your product to be shipped as quickly as any leading e-commerce brand.

We usually dispatch orders within 3 to 6 business days from the date of ordering.

GlowThorn currently ships across India and is working towards expanding globally. Please note that certain restrictions may apply depending on your region’s import regulations.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If any item is unavailable, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait for the restock or request a refund for the unavailable item.

Lost or Damaged Packages
