We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at GlowThorn. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT: A video recording of the product unboxing at the time of delivery is mandatory for any return or refund request. This helps us verify damages, missing items, or wrong deliveries.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and record an unboxing video. Contact us immediately if:
The item is defective,
The item is damaged, or
You received the wrong item.
This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the product must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase, and supported by the mandatory delivery unboxing video.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the refund.
